Doctors have long known that carefully applied heat is a great way to reduce muscle pain and speed healing. As heat is applied to the body, the blood vessels expand, allowing more blood to flow to the affected area and speed the healing process.

Lash and Eyebrow Tinting - Do your eyes sparkle like jewels or do they simply get lost in the scenery of your face? Your eyes may be emerald pools, but lackluster brows and nearly invisible lashes can fail to set them off to their utmost potential. Create eye opening appeal and add pizzazz to those peepers with a popular procedure known as tinting.

Most of us spend hours primping and plucking in order to find that elusive, ideal brow shape. After all, the brows act as the natural frame for our face. But even the best-shaped brows may not set off the eyes if hair is fine, sparse or pale. Brow tinting may be your solution. Just like having your hair colored, brow tinting changes the color and adds the illusion of thickness and dimension. Those with incredibly pale skin or with gray hair, often accompanied by very blonde or almost-white lashes or brows, may find that tinting helps add depth to their facial features.

Keep in mind, tweezing or waxing should always be done AFTER the tint. This allows for maximizing the amount of brow hair available for shaping. If tweezing before tinting, the maximum potential of each eyebrow may be missed.

Artificial Lash Application - If your lashes are less than lavish and you have an occasion where your eyes need to "pop", luscious-looking eyes are now yours!  Natural-looking single lashes are individually applied by hand for a natural but completely fabulous look. Sexy, glamorous eyes are no problem with artificial eyelashes! Lashes are temporary - Adhesive is only meant to last 1 or 2 days.

Custom Eyebrow Design - Neat and precisely-shaped eyebrows contribute to the overall beauty of the face.  Are you a first-time eyebrow waxer?  Maybe you've let your regular waxing maintenance slip up a bit.  Whatever the case, we will first wax your brows, properly shape and tweeze them, and then neatly trim them, paying special attention to your arches.  Some say it's like a mini-face lift.  This is more than just a "brow wax."  You never looked so good!

S P A   P A R T I E S

Spa parties are a great way to relax with friends and family.  A spa party is considered to be at least 4 or more guests.  The use of our beautiful heated whirlpool is free of charge and is available throughout the duration of your party.  All parties include light Hors D'oeuvres, however, you are encouraged to bring your own food and refreshments as well. We provide fresh clean towels, robes, and slippers for your comfort.  Also provided are dishes, silverware, napkins, glasses, cups and saucers, hot water, ice water, tea and coffee.  Stemware is provided if you are over the age of 21 and wish to supply your own wine and/or champagne.  You must let our receptionist know if you will be needing stemware.  

Please note that spa parties at Venus are best accommodated when your guest list is no larger than 7 - 8 people.

As long as time and therapist availability allows, we will do our best to work with you regarding your treatment selection(s).  Any services chosen that are not listed within the Spa party menu *will be performed at full standard menu price.*

 Please let our receptionist know the total number of confirmed guests, as well as which service(s) each guest has chosen as soon as possible.  It is important for us to have this information to ensure that the correct Venus therapists are properly staffed for your day.  Parties usually require several weeks' advance notice, so please book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please, you must arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes early for spa parties, due to paperwork and client intake forms.  Treatments are expected to begin and end on time, with respect to our therapists' scheduled appointments that may follow your party.  Thank you for your cooperation.
